Here's a rare, simply stunning, old (1930s) pair of cast iron sconce lights in amazing condition. YOU ARE BUYING BOTH LIGHTS FOR ONE PRICE. These matching antique fixtures have been completely disassembled, cleaned, and restored to original, working condition. The cast iron and steel components were media blasted to remove multiple coats of latex paint, then primed and repainted. The fixtures also received new sockets and wiring for safe and dependable operation. The globes are new -- if you want to replace them with something different, the 3-1/4" fitter is a very common size so there are a great many globes out there that will fit. As you can see in the photos, these fixtures still have their original "crow's foot" for attachment to a wall with 3 screws. The cast-iron back plate slides along a steel tube so it snugs up tightly to the wall. Tighten a screw on the bottom side of the flange and you're good to go. Each fixture has its three original brass screws for holding the globe in place. A drain hole in the cast-iron socket housing allows any rain to drain out should you place the fixtures outside. These are 100 percent authentic and genuine original fixtures - not reproductions. Including the globes, they extend about 10" from the wall and measure 14" long.
