This is a Vintage PARKER TIFFANYSTERLING SILVERFOUNTAIN PEN This Old Authentic PARKER TIFFANY fountain pen has a PARKER nib. The cap is marked 'MADE BY PARKER' and 'TIFFANY' and 'MADE IN U.S.A, STERLING SILVER.' It needs cleaned and polished. This is from a private estate collection. The top of the clip has a feather design. It is in very nice condition. Please let me know if additional photos are needed or if you have any questions.
