Vintage Peanut Machine, c. 1920s. Made by Columbus, this 14` high colorful antique is filled with peanut-sized, candy-coated chocolates, which can be obtained by inserting one penny into the slot.(these replace the pictured gum balls which were too large to be dispensed) The machine sits on a wooden base, 8¾` in diameter, which is not attached. No visible restoration; if any, possible paint touch-up. A wonderful piece for a family room. Machine is in working order.
