You are viewing a vintage bottle of Pender's Reliable Laundry Bluing. It states on the bottle "Makes Washing a Pleasure - This preparation makes a pleasant wash day, as it Chemical Composition renders it Soluble in Soft or Hard Water. Contents - 12 fluid ounces Distributed by Pender Grocery Co. - Norfolk, Virginia." It actually has 2-3 inches left in the bottle. It was found in the cabinet of an old home when restoring it. The bottle is beautiful. I haven't opened the bottle. I took a picture of the bottom of the bottle. The patent number is imprinted in the glass. What a beauty for a laundry bottle.
