Vintage Pewter Figurine ~ Owl on Tree w/ faux Turquoise & Ruby eyes This a very nicely detailed pewter figurine. I purchased a few of these in the 1990s when a store that sold mostly Native American items went out of business. I believe they were hand carved and decorated. They were all marked R.S. and had the signature of the artist however you can't really see it on this one. They were all priced $49.50. The owl's eyes look like rubies and there are two pieces of turquoise on the tree. I believe they are real turquoise stones. This one measures 3 1/4" tall and about 2 3/4" across at the branches. It is in excellent condition. This is a very nice collectible item and will go well with a Native American collection. It's not too early to start thinking Christmas!
