This is a vintage Circus Elephant dispenser. The eyes are black, the face orange, the tongue green, the hat blue, & the stem turquise. The injection mold code "3" and "U.S. PATENT 3.410,455 MADE IN AUSTRIA" are imprinted on the side. T is a crack on the top of the stem under the chin on the left. The spring is not working properly due to this crack. This crack can be fixed with glue. A little bump on the left ear (from the factory) Besides the cracked stem, this dispenser is in great condition. This one is worth alot online, so don't be shy because of the stem.
