Color Postcard. Printed on Front "Tientsin 1912, Loot under Police Gurad, Tientsin 1912, Einbringen geplunderter Ware" Curious photo of burros pulling waggon with cartons and policemen. I date this because my mother (now 91) had an uncle who left Germany to fight in Asia from 1907 to ???. He sent back to his family a variety of postcards that helped them understand where he was, what he was seeing, etc. No one in the family was interested in these postcards, so I have decided to study Uncle Otto's travels, document events, and sell some of the postcards in great condition. The reserse side is blank, un posted. Printed "Post Card". There is a line spliting the right and left side. And above the areas "This space may be used for correspondence, "For Address Only." Where a stamp goes, is a dotted box, "Place Stamp Here". And lower right hand corner is "No. 153" No makers marks.
