This is a really nice vintage Pilgrim Rum Back Bar Statue. This is one of the first back-bar statues ever produced. It is from the 1930's. Back in the day these type of advertising pieces were given to taverns, bars, restaurants, and liquor stores by distilleries to display in order to promote their products. They would often sit in "back of the bar" for easy visualization of customers. This piece is in great condition with no breaks and bright colors. It is made of plaster, not some cheap plastic. It's dimensions are 17x6x5 inches. Very few of these survived in any condition, much less a beauty like this. Would make a great addition to your collection.
