Up for auction is a lot of 15 Vintage Plasticville houses. All are in pretty nice condition. May need a little cleaning up. But glue seems to be holding up considering the age. 3 homes under construction...4 ranch style homes with 3 having attached back porches...3 colonial style homes... 2 cottages...1 green house...a barn with silo and a farm house with 2 out buildings. The whole lot came from my HO platform from the late 1950's early 1960's. I have a second lot up along with this one. I don't know if I can combine as it would be a rather large box and I try and wrap each piece so nothing gets damaged. Shipping is what it costs to your state. I posted $11.80 for shipping and delivery confirmation which would be to the west cost but shipping to Virginia would be $7.25. It will vary as to your location but I do not charge extra for packing and handling. I will invoice to the winning bidder the exact amount the USPS charges for parcel post & delivery confirmation.
