This listing includes a vintage Pleasant Company WHITE BODIED KIRSTEN DOLL (the white body signifies one of the earliest dolls made by Pleasant Company). Please read the following details carefully before bidding:BODY - Clean white muslin. Odor free. No stains, but there are a few "age speckles" (barely visible).NECK STRINGS - Long, flat, uncut.LIMBS - Clean, soft vinyl. Very minimal wear marks from gentle play. Limbs have loosened slightly with age but the doll can still stand on her own and hold a pose.WIG - Has thinned from brushing. Very manageable, soft, and shiny, though there is some frizz and dryness at the ends (see photo). No evidence of cutting.FACE - Lovely soft coloring of the older Pleasant Company dolls. No chips in tooth paint. EYES - Long soft lashes significant of the older Pleasant Company dolls. Open and close smoothly. Upon very close inspection, I did notice that the left eye decal is peeling upwards slightly at the edges. It was very difficult to photograph (see last photo for detail).Overall, the doll is in good condition for her age. She was gently played with and very well taken care of.
