Here is the deco-era McCall's magazine cut-outs/paper doll page: "POLLYKINS PUDGE SAYS "HOW-DO-YOU-DO. I'M THREE YEARS OLD--HOW OLD ARE YOU? " by Barbara Hale, from August 1919 (not a reproduction), uncut, in good condition : T his page was pasted at four corners to a scra pbook page --it is still attached to the scrapbook paper (see photo ), also the edges of the page have been trimmed to fit on the scrapbook page .
