Hello, up for auction is a vintage 1971 French pictorial map/poster, illustrating the wine region of Alsace in France. This beautiful poster has vivid and bright colors in a pop art style. It was released by the National Wine Committee of France. A series of these posters were made, one for each wine region of France - they are now very rare and hard to find. I have three of the regions, please check my other auctions for combined shipping. This particular poster was illustrated by F. Le Gales. It reads: "Les Vignobles De France" (The Vineyards of France) "Vins d Alsace" (Wines of Alsace) "Comite National des Vins des France" (National Committee of Wines of France) Condition: Edges have wear, heavy wear and tear on the bottom left hand corner (see images). Couple of corner tears, and crinkling. Please see images for more details on condition.
