You are bidding on a sweet little vintage porcelain figurine of an expressive young girl in a bonnet and cape. I don't the age but it is from my grandmother's collection so I know it is old. The figurine measures approximately 5 ¾ inches tall and has a stucco like texture on the base, cape and bonnet. I don't see any maker mark on this piece although the number "4605" is engraved on the bottom. The girl's left hand thumb is missing and t is a chip on the basket towards the back of the figurine (visible in picture) but I don't see any other chips or cracks. NOTE: SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY Note #2: Another eBay member contacted me and told me that this figurine is a rare Blue Snow Baby as found in Mary Morrison's Big Book of Snow Babies. I don't know anything about Snow Babies so I can't verify this but wanted to add this information for those of you who are knowledgable on and collect these figurines. Due to the interest in this piece, I have added more pictures. Hope this helps.
