The paint is also in good condition, with no wear or fading!The top is solid brass, and it has some tarnish. It pumps up and down just as it should. I have not put any liquid in it to test it, but will happy to do that if it is important to you! Just let me know!This bottle measures 3.75 inches tall. The bottom is marked as A Lady Fair Import, hand painted. No country of origin, possibly made in Japan. A very pretty vintage atomizer!
