Vintage Lady Dancing picking up skirt on sides Made in Japan Lady is dancing the night away in green dress skirt is made of tulle with pink porcelain rose at center waist. top of dress is of the shoulders trimmed in gold she is wearing a green hat. Blond hair brown eyes gold shoes. Arms are out to sides as if she pick up the sides of her dress.
