4 VINTAGE POSTCARDS OF MANCHESTER, HEATON CHAPEL, PRESTON & THE PICADILLY HOTEL. These fascinating vintage postcards consists of; A view of 'King Street, Manchester' . This hand coloured real photographic image appears to come from the very early part of the 20th century judging by the dress of the pedestrian and street furniture. The card is unposted and unwritten on so this cannot be confirmed. It is in great condition. A view of 'Wellington Road, Heaton Chapel' (No.44).Published by 'Grenville Series, Stockport for J.Fairburn, Heaton Moor'. This photographic image shows the cobbled street and trams, along with locals and buildings on Wellington road'. It is in great condition having not been posted or written on. A view of 'Preston Infirmary' (72355 JV).This hand coloured image of the infirmary is part of the Valentine's series and is postmarked 29th Dec 1913. It is in good condition with only slight wear to the bottom corners. Finally, an unusual piece of memorabilia from the Picaddilly Hotel, Manchester. It is cut in the shape of the hotel and contains a list of the tariffs for the hotel from appartments to snacks . These cards will make a wonderful addition to any collection!
