For Sale; A large print (16"x20") of a rural landscape with cattle-Produced by the Davis Co. of Chicago. Artist-Thomas Craig. Print was possibly produced from a painting exhibited at a World's Fair in Chicago. Several printing cos. made prints of exhibited paintings at the numerous World Fairs that took place in the late 1800's and early 1900's at various cities in the USA and europe. :Many were used as supplements in newspapers of the time , others were simply sold in gallerys. This one does not show fold marks, as many of the newspaper supplements do so was likely sold in a gallery. There is a tiny bit of roughness on edges. and a little tape on back. Would matt and frame up nicely. It is still flexible enough to be shipped, rolled loosely..I try to describe items accurately and completely because photos do not always show every defect, if you have any questions, please contact me before bidding.
