This auction is for a Progress #1366 The American Beauty quilt top kit. The kit includes 100% white cotton fabric stamped for applique, embroidery and quilting, the appliques, bias for stems and working chart. A handful of appliques have been cut out and pinned to the quilt top. Only one leaf has been appliqued onto the quilt top using the button-hole stitch. The remainder of the appliques are uncut. The appliques are in shades of rose, blue, green, yellow and brown. The size of the quilt is 81" X 99". The quilt top is in very good condition with only a couple of light age or soil spots near the one area it was worked on. The envelope the kit was in is pretty tattered. Thanks for looking.
