This is a very unique set of chemical apothecary bottles for storing standard chemicals. Each is color coded with matching graphic lettering and stopper. The yellow "Sulfuric Acid Diluted" bottle is 7 3/4" tall to the top of the stopper. In addition to the "Pyrex Reg. U.S. Pat, Off. Made in U.S.A. embossing, is embossed E - 6, Probably a size or property designation. The green "Ammonium Hydroxide" bottle is 6 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. In addition to the "Pyrex Reg. U.S. Pat, Off. Made in U.S.A. embossing, is embossed 18 , Probably a size or property designation. The brown "Acetic Acid Glacial" bottle is also 6 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. In addition to the "Pyrex Reg. U.S. Pat, Off. Made in U.S.A. embossing, is embossed 2 , Probably a size or property designation. The red "Nitric Acid Dil." bottle is 5 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. In addition to the "Pyrex Reg. U.S. Pat, Off. Made in U.S.A. embossing, is embossed D-11. The orange "Sodium Hydroxide" bottle is 5 1/2" tall to the top of the stopper. In addition to the "Pyrex Reg. U.S. Pat, Off. Made in U.S.A. embossing, is embossed D -5. All of the stoppers are embossed with Pyrex 19 regardless of the color. These are all in like new condition, with the exception of the yellow Sulfuric Acid stopper which has a faded neck.
