Hello and welcome to our auction!Up for bid today is a set of vintage shaving items in excellent condition without any major damage that we can find.The first is 4-footed quadruple plate lattice cut shaving mug by J. S. C. (this i.d. is on the inside of the handle) and complete with the milk glass insert. One of the round feet is bent on one side but doesn’t affect the ability of the mug to rest cleanly on a flat surface without any wiggle.Next is a Ver.I.Best straight razor with what we believe to be a yellow celluloid handle. The i.d. of “Sunbury B.S.C.O., Sunbury, PA, M.I. Germany” is embedded in the metal on one side of the tang and “Ver-I-Best” is on the other side. The ends of the handle on each side are decorated with an applied scrolled metal design and the “Ver.I.Best” name is embedded in the handle in cursive writing on one side. The top part of the “t” has flaked off.We’re including a blue and gold Dubl Duck case that is structurally sound with minor storage wear.Last but not least are two shaving brushes – one with a cream and black handle by Ever-Ready and the other has a red handle but the brand is unknown.We've taken care to include closeups of all items for your review and to best illustrate our description.This shaving set would be a fantastic addition to your vintage barber collection or a great gift for that special
