Just a beauty!! Rail Fence patchwork vintage estate quilt in mint condition. UNUSED. From a Kansas estate. Hand quilted. This is so colorful with tons of terrific cottons. It has a matching pillow cover and the documentation about when made, by whom, and even a picture of the quilter with her little dog. Pillow cover measures 27 1/2" by 24 1/2". Back is white cotton. 94" by 74". This has a one inch lace border all around. The pillow cover has no lace. The quilt feels lightly batted. Machine pieced.Hand quilted/stitched at 8 spi.. No holes, tears, or odors. Totally unused condition!! I rarely use a reserve on my auctions, but have added a very reasonable one for this very special quilt.
