Great all cotton dress and matching hat. Has detachable white collar, epaulettes and buttons for easy cleaning. It features a "AMERICAN RED CROSS VOLUNTEER" patch on one arm and red cross emblem on pocket and front of hat. Buttons up the front and has two hip patch pockets and one on chest. This is the real deal and would be great for a costume or reenactment event. Label reads "MERCANTIEL UNIFORMS NEW YORK 10" Dress and hat are in very good condition with no holes, sta ins or yellowing. Fabric is strong and crisp. Measurements of dress are approximately: chest 34", waist 28", hips 40" length 43", shoulder seam to shoulder seam 15 1/2" PLEASE READ: I am only accepting PAYPAL at this time.
