This auction is for an old lamp finial. It is brass tone metal with a red ruby glass sp or marble on top. The metal of the finial is magnetic, so is probably brass plated steel. The glass sp is about 11/16 inch in diameter. The overall length of the finial is about 1 1/4 inches. T is some glue residue on the marble from when it was attached to the base. T is some light discoloration on the metal part, but nothing that will affect its use. The finial can be screwed onto the top of a harp. We have also included an adapter that lets you attach the finial to the top of a lamp shade if t is not a harp. The adapter is shown in the third photo.
