VINTAGE REMINGTON RAND 5 PORTABLE TYPEWRITER w/ CASE THIS IS FROM THE MIDDLE 30'S IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THIS HAS A VERY NICE HIGH GLOSS SHINE TO IT IS METAL ....I CAN FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. IF YOU WANT TO USE IT I WOULD THINK IT WOULD NEED A NEW RIBBON. I DON'T THINK IT WAS USED MUCH. CAME FROM A ESTATE SALE.... THE CASE CLOSES AND HOOKS OK, T IS NO KEY WITH IT. T IS SOME WEAR TO A COUPLE OF THE CORNERS ON THE CASE. T IS A BRUSH IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CASE FOR CLEANING THE KEYS I WOULD GUESS......SERIAL # V976596. MADE IN u.s.a. ANY QUESTION PLEASE ASK........
