This is a vintage dose medicine measuring spoon from Rexall. Written on the top of the handle is "2 Teaspoons = 1 Dessert Spoon, and 4 Teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon. In the bowl of the spoon is "To outside line one correct teaspoon" and "To inside line Correct Half Teaspoon". It measures approx. 4" in length. I beleive it is silver plate as I can find no marks or makers marks on it. I did polish it as it was very tarnished, but didn't get all of the tarnish off. Some of the plate might be worn off of the underside of the handle. I purchased this at an estate sale along with some sterling silver items that I am listing today.
