For sale is a Vintage " STROMBERG- CARLSON " rotary dial phone. Most likely from the 1970's. This wall mount telephone is a dark brown/ chocolate color and is about 8 3/4" long and 4" wide. The dial works as intended- turns nicely and returns to position, but I have not tested if the call and receive functions actually works. All parts look to be in place and should be operational. This phone is in really good condition with a bit of residue from stickers (they were always covered) but there are no cracks or chips. Hand receiver has a couple wear areas with a scrape or two but all seems solid. Included are pictures with the ear and mouth piece removed for your viewing. This item also has the decorative backing that mounts between the phone and wall. This was (and can be again) attached to the back of the telephone with a tape like product (residue still exists). The phone itself attaches using mounting screws (not included). The jack for hookup (back) and volume control (on the side) are intact. Stamping on the back side includes " S-C 1654BM ". Has a fairly long cord that matches the brown color of the rest of this retro telephone. A bit more cleaning possible but this phone has survived well over the years and should be a great addition to a collection or put to many decorative uses.Please refer to the pictures and contact me if
