Offered is a beautiful and rare figural faience vase by Royal Copenhagen of Denmark. This piece features a wonderfully decorated young girl wearing colorful flowers in her hair. Handpainted, the colors are bold, bright and warm. It's in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or repairs, t is all-over fine crazing. T is one area w the glaze/pottery did not completely fill in. It is the size of a pinprick and is situated on the backside of her crook/staff, between her lap and the shepherd's crook. Hard to see and impossible to photograph. Marked on the bottom with what I believe is an older mark, see photo. Measures approx. 6 1/4" tall. Please see my other listing for the matching boy vase. Shipping will be in the $4 - $7 range.
