A LOVELY AND RARE ROYAL WINTON NICENE WARE CHINTZ CHEESE DISH C. 1930'S MADE IN ENGLAND An unusual and rare Nicene Ware chintz cheese dish from Royal Winton. The dish is hand painted with lilacs and pink roses. CONDITION In good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. The is some light crazing to the glaze which can only be seen on the underside (w t is also a small stained area) and the gilt edging is somewhat worn. SIZE The dish measures approx. 8" (20cm) x 6.25" (16cm) and 4.5" (12cm) high. MAKERS MARKS The dish is appropriately marked to the base Royal Winton Nicene Ware. Check out my other items !
