A c.1935 cottage ware teapot made in England by Royal Winton Grimwades. The pattern is "Ye Olde Mill" and this is the version with the red roof. Measurements are 6 inches tall and 8 inches from handle to spout. The inside of the pot is clean and white with no stains or darkened craze lines. No cracks or repairs. There is a 1/8 inch flake on the underside of the spout. There are also several small paint flakes missing along the bottom edge of the pot as well as on one edge of the lid and upper curve of the handle ----- typical for this type of pottery by Royal Winton ---- mentioned for total accuracy.
