Up for auction is an adorable Rubens Lamb-Sheep Cookie Jar #573. This stands about 7.5" tall. This has the Rubens sticker in lid as well as the bottom. The cookie jar is in very good condition with no cracks or crazing. However there are a couple of spots on the bottom where the feet are that could be small chips. I had purchased this years ago at an estate sale and have only used this as a display piece. Trying to downsize my collection of cookie jars. This is a little unique as it has a note in the jar explaining this was a gift from a relative from 1970-71. This was taped to the inside of the lid to be passed on to a new owner. There is a little discoloration on the inside of the lid from this piece of paper. I believe it may have been glued to the lid years ago. This would make a great gift for the collector. Both pieces are each bubble wrapped, seperately boxed and packed, then each has been placed in a larger box together. This will help ensure a safe delivery. Thanks for L@@KING!
