Howdy, Here's yet another very rare piece, check my inventory this week, spring is in full bloom!This is a J. Russell Green River Works Ebony(I Believe) stockman. All the blades have snap and are tight. I purchased a lot of very old antique knives, and this was in it! I know there are more serious Russell Green River era collectors out there than me, so it is fitting for them to have it in their collection, and with the monies they trade me, I will get an old brand I like collecting, like any old Northfield, Thomaston, or if I'm lucky Union knife Naugatuck! This piece appears to have rounded steel bolsters, the old tang style and print too. I dont know much about this knife, but enough to know I refuse to "clean it up" and will be onpassing in the all original worn condition shown in magnified pics above! ~Good Luck~ !!
