Vintage Saxony Signed Carl Suss Violin Bow Description Your bidding on a rare vintage signed Saxony Gemany violin bow. This wonderful bow has mother of pearl inlay frog on sides and bottom with nickel ends. Bow is made from the finest Pernambuco. The stick is a hexagonal shape with a ebony frog. Bow is signed by bow maker Carl Suss. Bow comes with chip off of tip and a ding on frog otherwise great condition. Please ask questions before bidding. Winner pays S&H. Carl S�ss (1860-1898), the son of Christian S�ss, was also a bow maker; he emigrated early in his life to Montevideo, Uruguay, w he died in 1898.
