THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY SITE. I AM A PERFUME BOTTLE COLLECTOR. I AM DOWNSIZING AND WILL BE LISTING MANY ITEMS IN LOT SIZE. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THESE ITEMS WITH ME AS LACK OF SPACE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THAT LUXURY. AT AUCTION is a fabulous Vintage 1938, SCHIAPARELLI, SLEEPING, WITH SNUFFER CONE SHAPED COVER. See The Art of Perfume by Christie Mayer Lefkowith, pg 163. This fabulous perfume bottle presentation is unique and very rare and collectible figural perfume bottle. The cone shaped SNUFFER cover is in very good condition with the finger holder still present. The cover is stained from perfume, and t are two bits of paper missing from cover, however, these covers are very rare and hard to find. The perfume bottle is 5 1/2" tall, has gold accents and red ground glass stopper. It truly resembles a candle that is lit, beads around the neck of the start of a body or dress with a flare, much like some one dancing in motion. Dali, designed some of Schiaparelli perfume bottles, and this looks like it may be one of his designs. Fabulous Presentation!!! Bid with confidence. VERY GOOD CONDITION. SO CRACKS OR CHIPS.
