Vintage Schwinn Bicycle Rack Carrier. Schwinn Approved.Measures 19" long and 5 1/2" from the widest part.Has some scratches and scuff marks, not broken. Does have slight rust on the metal piece.All the parts move properly and the spring is tight.Very good condition.I am not familiar with vintage bike parts, but no mounting hardware bolts, screws, etc. are included.We also have a second one available which is listed. That one has reflector. Would combine shipping.
