A decent fender. The best thing about it is that it is very straight, no dents or cracks or anything. It shines on the topside though there is a little bit of aging going on. the underside has surface rust that would clean off quite a bit. This fender looks decent and will look nice on a bike that is not meant to be perfect. It may be a 68 or 67.
