this sale is for a scripto vu lighter. overall it is in good condition but the plastic is has some light scratches it does need a flint. the chrome only has surface scratches but does open and close very well. the band is blue, this lighter is the smaller version vu with chrome on the top and bottom. it is very sharp. please email with any questions. thanks
