You are bidding on a Vintage SEIKO QUARTZ YACHT TIMER SPORTS 150. Olympic count-down timer. This is perhaps the only left-handed start watch ever made. This Watch/Yacht timer is extremely RARE. I have serched & serched with the model # and serial #, not only on eBay but on other sights, like ones that only sell yacht timer watches,& I only found one.That is where I got the above information, & that is all I could find on this piece. I dont know what year it was made but it was made for the USA Olympics, as it has the emblem on the dial.I am guessing that only a limited amount of these yatch timer watches were made because they only have so many yachts in the Olympic Yacht races, also thats probally why I could only find 1 out there for sale. The band is black & made of Lizard Skin by Bucherer, (the company is famous for Lizard skin watch bands). The band is 8.5 inches long by 17 mm wide, and has some wear around the buckle holes. The case is 39 mm without all the crowns. The crystal is plastic & has NO scratches on it. The bezel is gold tone base metal & has very,very minor wear. It is water resistant 15 bar. The minute, hour hands & markers are gold tone & luminesant. The dial is black with red, white, & blue, and all writing is gold tone. It is quarts-battery operated and the battery works great!!!
