This is a great find from an estate just south of Chicago, IL. These is a wonderful Set of 2 Vintage Steel Cut Shoe Clips circa late 1920's. They are marked onthe back "FRANCE J.I. Co." "HOLFAST PAT. PEND." They each measure 2 1/2" long with a curve x 1 3/4" tall x 1 5/8" deep in the middle at the curve. These are marvels with each small steel cut jewel individualy placed in tiny holes in the clip. These shoe clips are in Great vintage condition for thier age. I see on one of the clips there are two of the tiny steel cut jewels missing (see pics), and there is some sort of white reidue on the back of each, I did not atempt to cleam for the steel will rust very fast when expossed to moister. I have taken pictures with and without flash to show detail. Please veiw all photos and ask all questions before bidding. I will be happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases.
