Excellent condition on this gleaming Seth Thomas Legacy VIII shelf mantel bracket clock, with a beautiful Westminster chime. It was purchased at an estate sale, and is in excellent working condition. The mahogany case glows, and has a textured antiqued brass face, with decorative corners with faces on them, and a matching brass handle. The workings are brass and signed. The clock is a key wind (key included), and works well. The chimes are rich and full, and chime on the quarter hour, half hour and hour. They will probably need to be adjusted after shipping. This is a beautiful clock! It measures about 14 inches tall x 10 1/2 inches across x 7 1/2 inches deep. There are no scratches or knicks in the lovely case. Made in West Germany. The clock weighs about 10 pounds, unpacked. Unknown exact age and origin, as it was purchased at an estate sale.
