This is a very nice vintage Sheaffer White dot vacuum type fountain pen with a 14k nib. It is in Good condition with the back portion having a bite or melted portion (as shown in the third image). The back piece unscrews and pulls out and creates a vacuum to pull in the ink. The nib notes "Sheaffer'S Reg. US PAT Off Made in USA 14K". Very nice vintage Sheaffer'S fountain pen.
