The following item has come from an estate.Much of the items in the following auctions has been packed away for many years.Please take a moment to look at my other auctions for more finds!This auction is for a vintage Sheaffer fountain pen. Marked '3-25' on the tip.The side of the pen is stamped 'W.A. Sheaffer Pen Co. Fort Madison, Iowa U.S.A. PAT. D-78,795.The Patent date is 1868, but I assume the pen is more recent. 1930s-1940s?I'm not sure how it comes apart, but I also as bladder has hardened with age.The pen also has a name stamped into the side.I know little about these. I being sold as-is.
