All tube are considered used. When I aquired these tubes, I tested them on a TV-7 Tester. All tubes I tested, and am now offering for sale, tested very good, with readings of like new or better. I No longer Have a tester, and do not have the test values that were taken on these tubes before they were stored away. For this reason i will guarantee these tubes. See below for details.
