Very clean vintage Snap-On FV71 3/8" ratchet. Recently cleaned and lubed, and it runs smooth and strong. No issues. These things are a pleasure to use, and it's smaller than most 3/8" ratchets. It is also a stronger design than many newer ratchets. A useful tool as well as a fine collectible.See my other items for other clean vintage Snap-On ratchets.Buyer pays $6 shipping in continental US. This ratchet is actually better looking than the photos show, as I had to crank up the brightness a bit to display the whole thing and this gave the finish a sort of grainy appearance that it does not actually have. In an effort to make sure that the buyer will be happy with this item, I am compelled to modify my previous statement to state that the finish overall is better than shown in the picture (less grainy) but that the darker area in the center is darker than it looks in the picture. I'm not sure if this will come off or not, as I have not really tried.
