Outstanding vintage sterling necklace by Gugliemo Cini, Cini was founded in Boston by Gugliemo Cini in 1922. Cini jewelry was primarily sterling reflecting classical and renaissance influences, Gugliemo Cini was an Italian immigrant. The jewelry is considered among the best manufactured silver jewelry in America . The company ceased production in 1970. Measurements: Design part of the necklace (without hook catch or chain) is 12 ½" long, width of the design part is 1/2" for scroll design and 7/8" for half balls in between. Necklace measures 17 ¼" end to end with chain, chain in the back is original and allows for some adjustments in length. Condition is good with no repairs or alteration. T is a dent in one of the hallow half balls (see picture # 4), same of the balls also have marks on them, they are not break or repair lines but seems to be in the casting. Necklace weighs 37.2 gr. it is marked on the catch Cini on one side and sterling on the other side as pictured .
