It was made in USSR in 1940 at the Leningrad plant of the medical instruments. T is a State Symbol of USSR -Hammer and Sickle, year of produce - 1940 and the weight of it - 50 gramms on it. The Size: diameter - 1 inches , height - 1.6 inches .This Weight is in excellent condition. It has the Red Ring on the top. It is a very rare collectible thing now.
