You are looking at: This came to us recently from an estate sale and is a vintage spoon rack with a combined letter holder. The rack is all wood, holds 12 collector's spoons, and is in nice condition. T are a couple of holders on the reverse to hang from a wall. The rack measures approx 17 ½ inches tall, 9 ¼ inches wide and is about 4 ¼ inches in depth. The included spoons are from the following areas/locations: Suisse (Switzerland), Holland, Utrecht (Holland), 2 different ones from Kufstein (Austria), Munchen (Germany), Niagara Falls, and the picture spoons are from: Budapest (Hungary), Trieste (Italy/Slovenia), Dresden (Germany), London (UK), and a rare one from the small island of Lopud just off Southern Croatia. As is our standard practice with vintage items we have not cleaned this item, we will leave that decision to the buyer..... As usual no reserve and please check out our other auctions for more great bargains... PLEASE NOTE : OK so the small print is boring!!....BUT it is to save potential later problems and also answers many of the more regular questions we are asked.....we are both buyers and sellers on eBay and find precise details are useful in both roles......we would ask potential buyers spend a little time looking through the following notes: Terms of Sale and Payment: PAYPAL PURCHASES: For customers using PayPal we, and many other eBay sellers, will now only ship to confirmed addresses with NO exceptions. We and the other sellers do not like taking this measure and we appreciate that it is inconvenient to some customers but we are now forced to do so by PayPal's policy of making sellers pay for buyer's lack of good security and awareness. We have now had several purchases reversed, up to three months AFTER the transaction w buyers have fallen prey to scams/phishing emails etc. We think that it is totally unfair of PayPal to make sellers pay for this, either the buyer should cover the cost resulting from their own carelessness, or PayPal should, it is NOT the fault of the sellers and sellers acting on good faith in the Paypal system should not be made to cover the cost of loss of product and shipping costs! Any buyers not meeting these requirements (imposed by PayPal for us to be covered under their protection policy) will be sent an email asking them to make alternate method of payment. Unfortunately this will result in delayed shipping but the circumstances causing us to take this action are beyond our control. SHIPPING COSTS: We provide a shipping calculator on each auction page. We recommend all buyers check the shipping cost to their location prior to bidding. We only offer USPS services and will gladly quote on Express Mail upon request. We respectfully remind all potential buyers that by bidding you are entering a contract to purchase the item, and you also agree with the conditions of sale and the innt costs involved. We do not "negotiate" shipping costs AFTER a sale when the cost has been available all the way through the auction days by way of the shipping calculator which is on every auction. We have fixed costs which are reflected in the final shipping cost shown in the calculator per eBay policies. At this time our average cost of packing and handling is $3.00 per item. We have managed to keep this cost constant for almost 2 years !! Because of the rapid throughput of items we are unable to calculate the costs on a "one off" basis and so we use the average cost in the calculator. A quick look at our feedback will show how much time and money we spend on packaging materials...of course, we are always pleased to combine shipping costs to save our buyers money, in the case of combined costing please do not pay until you have finished bidding and then request a total cost from us, if t is more than 24 hours between the items just drop us an email with your intentions.
