This vintage "WAGNER SQUARE HIGH FRAME CAST IRON WAFFLE IRON" is highly regarded and hard to find in such good condition. T is surface rust from shed storage which I believe will clean up well. It appears to be unused. I believe that the waffle iron base has the original black enamel paint, although I am not positive. The enameling is on both the inside and out with some area rust showing. It carries the original "WAGNER MANUFACTURING CO. tag which offers 3 recipes on the reverse. Even the wire on the tag is original. The iron is marked "THE WAGNER MFG CO, SIDNEY, O-SQUARE WAFFLE MOULD-PAT'D FEB. 22, 1910. The handles are wooden and the frame has a wire bail for lifting. The complete unit measures approximately 4 1/2" high-the base-9 1/4" square and the waffle mold -6 3/4" square. T are no chips or cracks in the ironwork. The waffle iron weighs approximately 11 lbs. before wrapping for shipment. Please e-mail questions prior to bidding. Buyer to pay actual shipping by Money Order or Cashier's Check.
