HELLO! You are bidding on one hand painted rectangular container (I think planter of some kind) with matching and fitting three hole lid.Signed on base Something that starts with what looks like a C then Pompoudour then St Clemant France,This is in light blue writing under the finish glaze,so pale I can't get it in a picture and so light you can see it but with difficulty. Measures 8 5/8" long by 5" wide by 5" ht..has inner lip that the matching "lid" sets on.The three holes are equally apart and each measures 1 3/10".Planter is in very good overall condition except for having one very small nick on it's top side you can seeit in pic #8 it looks like a dark spot on the bottom right corner at the point where it angles up and another tiny shallow chip on the top edge of one of the short angled corner panels theres a little white spot in the red trim,.Also in picture #8 of the lid has three shallow slivers off the red trim, one is where it looks white on the bottom right corner angle and the other is diagonnally opposite on the left hand top corner angle point then a third one just opposite side top right corner angle from the other. So all in total Lid has three small slivers off-very shallow chips, the base has one small spot. Neither lid nor base are crazed, cracked,or have any damage other than the minor areas accounted for.Basically read more
