Vintage Retro General Electric Starburst U.F.O. Atomic Eames Era Wall Clock Excellent condition, very clean, General Electric Clock Company original vintage U.F.O. wall clock from circa 1967. Made in USA. The clock measures 10 inches across, 4.75 across the face. Taupe body with white, blue and cream colored painted spokes. Original white face with black graphics and vintage black hands. The glass globe over the face is glass so it's crystal clear. The clock works perfectly and keeps perfect time. The clock uses 1 AA battery in a brand-new modern quartz mechanism so it runs accurately and is completely silent. It has easy access to the back so you can set the time or change the battery. A new battery is included but not installed so the hands don't jam. It ships completely assembled and extra securely packaged. This was an electric clock that has been converted to a modern quartz battery mechanism. In no way does it detract from the look, actually it helps since t isn't an ugly power cord hanging down.
