Steiff is the creator of the first plush animal. To this day their legacy lives on as one of the best toy makers of all time! When you buy a Steiff plush, you know you are making an investment, not just a purchase and you know that you are buying quality! Up for sale is this gorgeous "Cosy Trampy" Elephant. This item was made in Austria. The model number is 4880/20. The elephant is in great condition, with both tags intact. Please view all pictures before bidding to see the immaculate condition of this piece. This plush is made out of woven fur. This Elephant measures approximately 20cm or 7in. It was produced sometime between 1956-1978. Due to my research on the chest plates, this specific item must have been made pre 1972. This elephant is ultra rare, and according to it's approximate worth is $58! This item comes from a clean and smoke free environment. If you have any questions please let me know.
